differs from warehouse storage in that you pay for a unit and can
access that unit anytime during opening hours. You pay a fixed cost
regardless of the volume of goods you store in the unit.
the many years we have been providing storage, we have observed
pay for the privilege of “access” and in most situations
customers rarely access their goods.
self lock units are close to three metres high and customers rarely
stack their goods more than two metres high, if you allow isle
space then you’re not maximising the use of floor space;
so in effect customers are often filling less than half their
units don’t come with furniture wraps so you need to use your
own packing and wrap your goods yourself.
